FIELD: ceramics. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of ceramic materials with special emphasis on sintered half-finished products, which, after sintering, can be used as constituents of ceramic materials. Invention aims to develop method for manufacturing sintered products that would provide protection of powder particle surface against effects of gases and liquids. The task is solved by utilizing either non-oxide powders with nanometer-size particles whose maximum size does not exceed 500 nm or mixture of those powders with non-oxide powders whose average particle size exceeds 500 nm and which can be dispersed on organic solvent containing at least one high-molecular dispersing agent including one or several polar groups and one or several long-chain aliphatic groups, after which dispersion is properly treated to give sintered half-finished product.
