SUBSTANCE: there is provided method of suspension fractionation for removing of shavings, which contains in the capacity of liquid matrix lubricating or processing liquid which is mixture of water and thickener, contained in the form of one or several polymers, and also at least abrasive grains in the form of particles, with formation of suspension, herewith or - primarily suspension for shaving removing by means of molecule decomposition of thickener in mixture is destabilised so that particles of attritus are in suspension state, and abrasive grains are precipitated, and then from suspension for shaving removing it is removed fraction, containing abrasive grains, or - at first suspension for shaving removing is dried, that to receive fraction of hard material with thickener, and fraction, containing abrasive grains, there are removed from fraction of hard material. Also it is proposed treatment method of lubricating and processing liquid.
EFFECT: simplification and refinement of fractionation and treatment.
