SUBSTANCE: inner clutch is in the form of two semicircles with radius R shifted relative to center of clutch by eccentricity value "e" and mutually joined by straight portions 2e. Outer clutch half has two eccentric grooves with eccentricity value "e". Eccentric wedges with outer radius r are mounted in said grooves. Inner radius R corresponds to inner clutch half. Wedges are constantly pressed to clutch halves through pusher and spring placed in grooves of outer clutch half. EFFECT: simplified design, enhanced reliability of operation. 3 dwg
