FIELD: mechanical engineering; materials handling facilities. SUBSTANCE: hand winch has drum installed on hollow axle, planetary reduction gear and overrunning clutches. Each overrunning clutch is built into one of gears of each row of planetary reduction, gear. Clutch includes eccentric, eccentric bushing and ring spring pressing eccentric bushing to holder of corresponding gear. Gear of one of rows of planetary reduction gear is aligned relative to axis of corresponding eccentric at one side on cylindrical surface of planetary reduction gear shaft, and at other side, on intermediate ring. EFFECT: improved reliability of operation and simplified design of winch. 3 dwg
