FIELD: nondestructive test of parameters of radiant heat exchange of mobile and stationary objects of environment. SUBSTANCE: technical result provided by invention lies in exclusion of distorting action of unremovable foreign inclusions of examined fragment located in center or off-center with eccentricity by reflecting characteristics. Result involves versions of complex unorganized reflecting background with indefinite differentiated reflecting characteristics. Versions of method include actinometric examinations with measurement of radiation incident on to examined limited fragment of reflecting surface with differentiated reflecting background of summary radiation or its components-direct and scattered radiation and of radiation reflected from this fragment and determination of albedo by relation of reflected radiation to incident one. At least reflected radiation is measured with straps being installed to form in assemblage continuous circular screen having radius Rb which is less than required radius, then albedo of screen is found. Later value is determined by given dependence, finally background strap is removed and repeat measurements are conducted and albedo is found. After it true value of albedo is determined by given dependencies. EFFECT: exclusion of distorting action of unremovable foreign inclusions. 18 cl, 9 dwg
