FIELD: nondestructive methods of test of integral parameters of radiant heat transfer of mobile and stationary objects of environment. SUBSTANCE: technical result provided by invention consists in exclusion of destorting action on measurement result of unremoved foreign inclusion located in central zone of fragment whose albedo should be determined both for fragments homogeneous by albedo and for peripheral partial inclusions of unorganized sections with different albedoes. Versions of process include actinometric examinations with measurement of radiation incident on to tested limited fragment of reflecting surface with differentiated reflecting background of summary radiation or its components of direct and scattered radiation and radiation reflected from this fragment and determination of albedo by relation of reflected radiation to incident one.
