FIELD: nondestructive test of integral parameters of radiant heat transfer of mobile and stationary objects of environment. SUBSTANCE: process is aimed at exclusion or maximum neutralization of distorting influence introduced by unorganized background. Novelty of process lies in positioning of device with detector sensitive to measured radiation in turn at two, as minimum, heights chosen in advance and in measurement of radiation reflected from each height, as minimum, while determining albedo of limited fragment of object having reflecting surface characteristic of given object and at least one foreign inclusion and/or unorganized indefinitely differentiated reflecting background with some reflecting properties not characteristic of given object or its fragment and/or foreign inclusion or inclusions and/or unorganized indefinitely differentiated reflecting background it is artificially rendered a circular shape or shape of at least one ring or their combinations with stabilized reflecting characteristics by way of superimposition of circular and/or at least single-ring screen or by way of formation of it or them by temporary application of reflecting substance on to corresponding sections of reflecting surface of object or its fragment with formation of at least two concentric reflecting fields above center of circle or ring. Values of true albedo are determined by given formulas for various versions of formation of examined fragment.
