FIELD: nondestructive test of integral parameters of radiant heat exchange of mobile and stationary objects of environment. SUBSTANCE: technical result ensured by invention consists in exclusion or maximum neutralization of distorting action introduced by unorganized background. Versions of process includes actinometric examinations with measurement of radiation incident on to examined limited fragment of reflecting surface with differentiated reflecting background of summary radiation or its components- direct and scattered radiation and radiation reflected from this fragment and in determination of albedo by relation of reflected radiation from incident one. Center of examined limited fragment is fixed prior to this measurement and fixture for reflection stabilization is arranged concentrically to it.
