FIELD: microwave equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has microwave power source, microwave chamber, which has bottom, walls, which shape a closed circuit together with bottom, and plate which carries product to be heated and is located in lower part of microwave chamber. In addition device has first single mode feeder, first and second emitters, which are spaced and are designed for input of microwaves of orthogonal polarization into microwave chamber. Upper part of microwave chamber includes first region, which is adjacent to first single mode feeder. First emitter is located in chamber wall, which embraces said first region. Second emitter is located in upper part of microwave chamber. Plate which carries product to be heated is located in intersection or adjacent to intersection of lines of section of primary partial 3 dB level power flows from first and second emitters. In addition device has second single mode feeder, which connects microwave power source to microwave chamber. Said first and second single mode feeders are connected to microwave power source through waveguide 3 dB splitter. Upper part of microwave chamber has second region, which is adjacent to second single mode feeder. Second emitter is located in part of microwave chamber wall which embraces said second region. Emitters may be designed for output of linear polarization waves, round polarization waves. Each emitter may be designed as single slot emitter, loop emitter.
