FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: device has housing constructed as a resonator chamber provided with means for supplying raw, its keeping and discharging the product, generator of microwave radiation, and wave guide slot radiators connected with the generator. The radiators are housed in the resonator chamber, rigidly connected to the generator, and arranged symmetrically to each other in pair on opposite walls of the resonator chamber. The slots are made in the narrow side walls of the radiators, the inclination of the slots being decreased with the distance over the length of the radiator. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 7 cl, 3 dwg
