FIELD: process and devices for reclaiming of elastomers. SUBSTANCE: preliminarily grand material is charged through a pipe connection into the cylindrical casing of the disperser, having a cooling jacket, circulation chamber and a screw conveyer divided into sections, the first of which is furnished with a taper surface expanding, and the other one - with a taper surface converging in the direction of material flow motion. The above surfaces together with the casing taper sections make up the first and second process zones in the form of slots. Surface destruction is accomplished in the first zone under the effect of pressure, decreasing along the material flow, and dissipation heating temperature within 50 to 150 C, then conveying is accomplished to the circulation chamber, and the final destruction in the second zone accomplished with an increase of pressure at a dissipation heating temperature not exceeding 300 C. EFFECT: no need in additional power consumption; the disperser has comparatively small linear dimensions. 6 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl
