FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of regeneration of elastomers and devices that allow the destruction. Technical result is achieved by a method of obtaining devulcanized rubber, which includes pre-grinding and stage-by-stage destruction and homogenization, carried out in a single-screw disperser, divided into process zones connected by transport zones. In this case, in its first technological zone, surface destruction is carried out when exposed to pressure, decreasing along the material flow. Then the transport, accompanied by recycling of the material, is carried out along with the final destruction in the second process zone. Water is introduced into the first process zone. In the first technological zone in the area of the sliding cut, the raw material is crushed to homogeneous fractions of 1–1.5 mm in size due to the execution of a stator cone with several grooves and water input in an amount up to 2 wt.% of the mass of rubber.

EFFECT: improving the quality of the regenerate and microclimate of the working area.
