SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to a method and an installation that realizes it, allowing to obtain a modified regenerate, in particular from prepared rubber crumb of automobile tires. Method for producing the modified regenerate includes the operation of devulcanization of the rubber crumb, carried out in the auger devulantizer-dispersant to obtain a regenerate at the outlet, and a mixing operation of the regenerate with the modifier. At the output of the auger devulcanizer-dispersant, a regenerator is obtained, a modifier is added to the regenerate obtained. Rubber powder and / or carbon black and / or powder mineral modifiers and / or water-insoluble oils and polymers are used as the modifier. Mixing of components (regenerate and modifier) is carried out in a twin-screw mixer, in which there are zones of recirculation and turbulent mixing of the mixture, organized using the radial fingers fixed on the walls of the body of the twin-screw mixer, and these zones alternate with the transportation zones.

EFFECT: method and the corresponding installation allow in one continuous technological process to perform effective regeneration of rubber crumb from automobile tires, and also directly after the regeneration, to carry out the modification of the obtained regenerate with water-insoluble and / or powder modifiers.
