FIELD: actuating supercharging mechanisms for rescue operations in water. SUBSTANCE: device has housing where main lever is rotatably fitted which is shifted from triggered position to release position under action of tension spring. Tension spring is mounted in such position that distance between this spring and axis of turn of main lever in release position exceeds considerably that in triggered position. Device may be used both in automatic and manual mode for release of compressed gas from bottle for inflation of life- saving facility by means of piercing pin moved by cam surface on auxiliary lever which may be turned manually by means of handle or automatically by means of main lever at dissolving of water-soluble table holding the main lever in triggered position.
