SUBSTANCE: bitter liqueur-gin contains the following ingredients in the amount, l/1000 dal of prepared product: aromatic juniper berry alcohol, 85-95; aromatic dill alcohol, 30-35; aromatic cardamon alcohol, 1-2; alcoholic solution of orange oil in ratio 1: 10, 1.8-2.2; biologically active additive "BAD-GS", 3.5-4.5; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 57-60; aqueous-alcoholic liquid from ethyl rectified alcohol of the highest purification and water, the balance. Composition of ingredients and their quantitative ratio increases biological activity of the bitter liqueur-gin, improved its organoleptical properties, gives product curative-and-prophylactic properties and increases its storage stability.
