FIELD: alcoholic drinks production industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method, juniper berries, coriander, caraway and ginger are used to produce aromatic alcohol of gin which is blended with alcoholized solutions (1:10) of essential oils that is citric and orange together with 65.8% sugar syrup. Prior to blending, mixture of alcoholized solutions of essential oils is temporarily left to stay for 15-20 min and then it is introduced into ready blend. Strength of blend is brought to 45% by means of water-alcohol liquid containing ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and water. Proper combination of operations and wise proportioning of ingredients allow for producing high-quality bitter gin-infusion with very pleasant tone of rosemary on backward of juniper flavor and aroma.
