FIELD: mechanical engineering; manufacture of high-pressure bottles for transportation and storage of liquids and gases including bottles for gas welding equipment and mobile vehicles, bottles containing air-and- oxygen mixtures for individual protection of respiratory organs. SUBSTANCE: high-pressure welded bottle includes shell at rated thickness of wall and thickened end edges, lower and upper heads connected by means of weld seams. One of heads is provided with filling and supply pipe union. Axis of this pipe union is parallel relative to central axis of bottle and is shifted from it by 0.05-0.15 of Dout (outer diameter of bottle in rated portion). Besides that, enhanced rigidity is ensured due to forming thickened bandage belt on surface of shell; ring- shaped bearing shoe mounted in bottom portion of bottle enhanced its stability. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and efficiency due to control of center-to-center distance between pipe unions; avoidance of break, deformation and impaired tightness of joints; enhanced stability of securing bottles to transport facility. 3 cl, 3 dwg
