FIELD: television engineering; television cameras at nuclear power plants. SUBSTANCE: target has substrate, conducting layer, CdSe base photosensitive layer, and resistive layer. Thickness d of photosensitive layer is found from equation , where α(λ) is coefficient of light absorption by photosensitive layer material at wavelength λ = λmax; λmax is red absorption boundary. Resistive layer has two sub-layers. First AsSbS3 base sub-layer, (0.04-0.1) mcm thick, abuts against CdSe base photosensitive layer and second As2Se3 base sub-layer, against first sub-layer. EFFECT: improved service life, reliability, and mechanical endurance of target.
