FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: according to suggested method, at first turf is cut in vertical plane. Afterwards soil is cut in horizontal plane with ripping and arrangement of seed bed underneath. Seeds are sown onto seed bed. Seeds are sown onto bed by method of dispersion with their coverage by ripped soil. Then turf layer is cut out in cultivated strip with reversal and removal of it from this strip with separation of layer into two parts, which are laid along border zones of cultivated strip without ripping onto non-cultivated space between rows. Cutting of turf layer is done above seed bed, thus leaving above-sown layer of soil with compaction of its upper part. Method is realised through device that comprises frame, suspension mechanism, mechanism for control of seeds filling depth, support-drive wheel, seed hopper with sowing device, seed line, drive mechanism, knife, mouldboard spear and spear ploughshare. At the same time knife is installed before spear ploughshare. Ploughshare has cutting spear at the bottom. Seed distributor with width equal or less than width of sowing strip is fixed at the back to spear stand, shaped as wedge. Mouldboard spear is installed after spear ploughshare at an adjustable distance and is installed at a common bar with spear moldboard higher than mouldboard spear at the depth of grass seeds sowing.

EFFECT: reduced energy intensity of seed sowing process and improved crop capacity due to rational distribution of seeds along the full length of sowing strip.
