FIELD: equipment for removal of dust and other contaminants from air flow. SUBSTANCE: housing has perforated portion with rim extending from lower edge of this portion. Rim has part with parallel sides and inclined remote end. Step is extending radially from part with parallel sides and positioned adjacent to its proximate end. Such construction of housing allows amounts of small particle dust passing through perforation to be reduced and, thus, obstruction of perforations with dust particles to be minimized. Step facilitates sealing between rim and lower edge of perforated portion. EFFECT: increased efficiency by improved operating characteristics and simplified construction. 11 cl, 5 dwg
