FIELD: technology and device for polymer moulding, in particular, method and device for electromagnetic dynamic cast moulding. SUBSTANCE: the method comprises the processes of plasticization, injection and maintaining of pressure. The above processes are accomplished in the condition of periodic oscillations. The condition of periodic oscillations is caused by superposition of the motive force and alternating force produced by rotary motion with pulsation and axial linear motion with worm pulsation. The device for electromagnetic dynamic cast moulding of polymer has a feed cylinder, worm installed in it, power bushing and a metal movable body in the form of a rotor. The worm is movable in the axial direction. The metal movable body is rotated by a device with an electromagnet winding. The feed cylinder, worm and parts linked with them and intended for plasticization, injection and maintaining of pressure are located in the interior of the metal movable body rotating in a rhythm of pulsations. The worm can perform a pulsating axial motion and is installed with fixing in circumference relative to the power adapter by means of a key. The power adapter is rigidly secured on the projecting end face surface of the metal movable body. The worm is linked with a line-fed stepping motor by means of a coupling. The worm screw duct communicates with two cutouts in the power adapter and with the cutout in the feed cylinder. EFFECT: shortened cycle of moulding, enhanced quality of products. 3 cl, 1 dwg
