SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a biaxial or triaxial three-dimensional pulsating deformation plasty method. Technical result is achieved by the method of biaxial or triaxial three-dimensional pulsating deformation plastication with the help of eccentric rotors, which is characterized by that the volume of the supplied material, formed between two or three cooperating by means of engagement by rotors, said elements are formed by alternating screw elements and eccentric cylindrical elements and inner surface of the case to be periodically changed along axial direction and radial directions of rotors. Volumetric pulsating deformation plastication and material feed are ensured in process of engagement of two or three engaging eccentric rotors by engagement.
EFFECT: technical result is achievement for polymer materials of desired degree of mixing and effect of plastication, reduced thermomechanical cycle, reduced power consumption and expanded range of adaptability.
