SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of technology of plasticization of polymeric materials, in particular, to the method of plasticization and feed of material and device for its implementation. Method includes rotating an eccentric rotor and rolling the rotor in the inner cavity of the stator during continuous reversing turns, which causes a periodic change in the volume of material between the eccentric rotor and the stator alternately in the axial and radial directions of the stator, providing the plasticization and feed of material with pulsed volumetric deformation. Device includes a stator and an eccentric rotor mounted in the inner cavity of the stator. In this case, the rotor is made with a plurality of eccentric spiral segments and eccentric straight segments installed with alternation, and the inner stator cavity is made with a plurality of spiral segments and straight segments that are alternated, wherein the eccentric spiral rotor segments correspond to one to one spiral stator segments, and eccentric straight rotor segments correspond to one to one straight stator segments.

EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the efficiency of heat and mass transfer in the process of plasticization and feed of polymeric materials, improving dispersion and mixing efficiency, short thermomechanical cycle, fast adaptability to various materials, low energy consumption, as well as a wide range of applications.
