In this case, the rotor is made with a plurality of eccentric spiral segments and eccentric straight segments installed with alternation, and the inner stator cavity is made with a plurality of spiral segments and straight segments that are alternated, wherein the eccentric spiral rotor segments correspond to one to one spiral stator segments, and eccentric straight rotor segments correspond to one to one straight stator segments.
