FIELD: manufacturing process.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method and equipment for plasticising and submission of macromolecular materials based on a long flowing. In the method uses a set of slots, which volume could periodically increase and decrease. By increasing the volume the material flows into the slots. When decrease of the volume a compression occurs, as well as plasticising and injection. Thus, the process of plasticising and submission primarily occurs under normal pressure. The equipment includes one or more blade devices of plasticising and submission. Each blade device includes a hollow cylindrical stator, a columnar rotor mounted asymmetrically relative to the center in the inner cavity of the stator, a group of rectangular holes formed along the circumference of the rotor, several blades uniformly spaced in the holes, as well as barriers that are installed on both ends of the stator, respectively.
EFFECT: invention has a brief thermo-mechanical history, low power consumption, wide applicability and small size.
