FIELD: railway transport; electric drives for frogs with continuous rolling surfaces. SUBSTANCE: lock has clamps located above driving strip coupled with rack. Free ends of clamps are provided with thrust and drive projections. Driving strip provided with eye for connection with driving tie-rod has two wedging projections. The latter engage with clamps. Lock has yoke-shaped guides two of which are secured carriage. Rocker mounted n barrel-shaped pin of grip is arranged in guides. Two guides are secured on carriage. They accommodate driving strip and clamps. Grip is tightly fitted on frog core. Clamps are connected to ends of rocker by means of barrel-shaped axles.
