SUBSTANCE: device has serial circuit of sensitive member, control signal generator, power amplifier, and actuating drive, which output is connected to input of sensitive member, as well moment detector and two parallel circuits, which have detector and controlled clipping amplifier and are inserted between output of control signal generator and input of power amplifier. Control inputs of controlled clipping amplifiers are connected to output of moment detector, which input is connected to output of power amplifier.
