Abstract RU 2131591 C1

FIELD: vibration measurement technologies, measurement of linear translations and vibrations of rotating rotors and shafts of various machines in mechanical and power engineering. SUBSTANCE: converter has induction pickup connected to input of LC generator. Generator is connected in circuit with capacitive feedback. Output of generator is connected via detector to input of output normalizing amplifier. Follow-up current-setting unit incorporating two n-p-n transistors, wire potentiometer, two temperature-sensitive resistors and five resistors is built in generator. Output normalizing amplifier includes buffer amplifier based on operational amplifier and p-n-p transistor across output. Configuration of coil form of pickup is so chosen that it provides for single-row winding of inductance coil. Follow-up current-setting unit ensures automatic linearization of upper section of conversion curve and buffer amplifier makes it possible to enhance sensitivity of converter. Single-row winding of pickup coil excludes spread of parameters of pickups during manufacture and improves linearity of conversion curve. EFFECT: improved operational reliability of converter. 7 dwg
