SUBSTANCE: method determining transfer of call from one service zone to another ( service transmission ) for mobile station in cellular communication system involves steps of measurement of parameters of signals received from serviced cell and from collection of adjacent cells, comparison of parameters of received signals with variable threshold value per each cell of collection, measurement of time when parameters of received signals are above threshold value per each cell of collection and determination of transfer of call from one service zone to another on basis of measured time.
