FIELD: medicine, particularly, urology. SUBSTANCE: method is used in treatment of urolithiasis. It includes patient examination according to adopted procedures; computer tomography; determination of location of roentgenonegative concrements in ureter just before operative intervention or lithotripsy. Localization of roentgenonegative concrements includes puncture of pelvis; removal of contents of kidney cavity system and introduction of contrast substance. Roentgenonegative concrements in ureter are localized on tomogram by level of ureter occlusion and projection of this level from tomogram onto corresponding part of patient's body. EFFECT: reduced diagnosis errors, higher reliability and effect of treatment, reduced injury due to determination of optimal access to pathologic section by tomograph-computer scan and projection on patient's body. 1 ex
