FIELD: radiation protection. SUBSTANCE: method consists in single subcutaneous administration of antigen-containing biological preparation, particularly specific antigenic complex of tissues from animals gamma- irradiated in lethal doses 45-50 Mrad per 1 kg of live weight before 15 to 30 days before irradiation. Animal donors (white rats, Guinea pigs, rabbits) are slaughtered on the 5-7th day after irradiation to cut out spleen. The latter is homogenized and homogenate is centrifuged at 12-13 thousand rpm. Supernatant is decanted, corrected to 75-100 mg/ml protein level, and utilized.
