SUBSTANCE: method involves subcutaneously administering biological preparation as anti-irradiation serum at a dose of 100-125 mg/kg of body weight to young species and 200-250 mg/kg to mature ones during 10 days before radiation exposure and 10 days after the exposure as therapy. Anti-irradiation serum is produced by exposing twice the large mammalians like pigs, cows, horses, etc. at a dose of 50-100 R as the first stage irradiation and 300-450 R at the second stage using gamma-apparatus. 3 days later, blood exfusion of donor irradiated two times is carried out with serum to be separated next to it, protein contents to be determined, its concentration being brought to 25-30 mg/ml.
