FIELD: heat-transfer apparatuses. SUBSTANCE: heating and air conditioning system is designed for operation in two modes: accumulation and transfer of heating medium as well as accumulation and transfer of cooling medium to maintain desired temperature inside motor vehicle. Each mode includes heat admission cycle and heat transfer cycle. Heat energy accumulating system 112 communicates with air conditioning system 118 incorporating compressor with cooling agent system 116 of motor vehicle that includes vehicle engine 120. Heating energy accumulating system 112 has heat accumulating device incorporating heat energy accumulating material 155 which stores heat energy. Heat accumulating device is connected to air conditioning system 118 and to cooling agent system 116 so that cooling agent or cooling medium passes through heat accumulating device depending on heat transfer from heat accumulating material 155. EFFECT: improved comfort inside motor vehicle. 28 cl, 11 dwg
