FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining the number of rosette- forming cells in leacadin presence in blood of a patient being in prolonged clinical remission state. Stimulated cells index being equal to 77.0- 59.0%, beginning disease generalization stage is predicted and chemo- hormone therapy is restarted. The stimulated cells index being equal to 58.0-40.0%, disease remission is predicted and chemotherapy is to be applied later in the following period. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in determining optimum time for restarting chemo-hormone therapy. 1 tbl
