FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: after taking by patient with III-IV stage of ovarian carcinoma neoadjuvant stage of combined treatment, namely chemotherapy courses, performing operation of complete or cytoreductive extent, sampling of piece of malignant tumor tissue is carried out in amount 100-150 mg, 10% homogenate is prepared, plasminogen and plasmin activity is determined in it, ratio of former to latter is calculated and if said index increases, presence of clinical effect from performed treatment is predicted, if index decreases, or remains unchanged, absence of clinical effect is predicted.

EFFECT: method allows to detect patients with effect from treatment and good prognosis and patients without effect, with bad prognosis, who need aggressive adjuvant treatment, allows to determine individual sensitivity or resistance of patients' malignant tumor to definite chemotherapy schedules, time of patients' life increases and its quality improves, there is possibility to objectivise results of specific therapy.
