FIELD: commercial growing of mushrooms. SUBSTANCE: method involves grinding cellulose-containing materials to particles of 1 cm size; grinding substrate components to 10 micron size in hydraulic shock-type unit; providing simultaneous homogenization and sterilization (for oyster mushrooms); forming modules with substrate used in an amount sufficient for growing of one fruit body; introducing mycelium; placing and holding modules in special premise till germination of fruit body embryos; moving modules into fruit-bearing premises till fruit maturing stage. When meadow mushrooms are to be grown, covering mixture is introduced simultaneously with mycelium. Method allows mushroom crop to be harvested several times a year. EFFECT: simplified method and increased yield. 2 cl
