FIELD: antenna engineering. SUBSTANCE: antenna designed for use on mobile equipment such as ships as well as for organizing internal emergency radio communication systems, for example, in shielded locations, has main conductor connected to generator, second conductor grounded through base, and metal shell mounted between conductors in coaxial manner to main conductor. Metal shell is open at the bottom and its top is connected at point to second conductor; there is no electric contact between shell and main conductor. Second conductor is, essentially, coil wound on shell. The latter accommodates dielectric packing sleeve that isolates main conductor from case and is built integral with main conductor insulator. EFFECT: improved level of antenna-to-generator matching in desired frequency band, reduced height and improved reliability of antenna. 2 cl, 3 dwg
