Current-carrying conductors are connected to central conductor of coaxial feeder which outer conductor is linked to grounded screen. Cylindrical spiral connected to base of metal pin mounted in vertex of dipole is installed along axis of screen. Noninductive resistor is placed between conductive cylindrical spiral and grounded screen. Conductive element is made in the form of additional section of coaxial feeder with outer conductor formed by two cylinders of equal length. Additional conductors with insulation coat are positioned inside conductive cylindrical spiral and are coupled at one lead to noninductive resistor.
