FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: separate device or that incorporated in set of devices has set of winding bars stretched over longitudinal axis and piled up along vertical axis; each bar has four cooling ducts parallel to longitudinal axis and paired towards transverse axis perpendicular to longitudinal and vertical axes as well as those paired and arranged in tandem along longitudinal axis; inlet of each cooling duct enters one of two gas exit zones approximately coaxial to longitudinal axis and in this zone they form outlet duct positioned at acute angle to vertical axis. Inlet of one duct of pair of adjacent ducts in each winding bar is located directly on bar end while other duct is arranged in a spaced relation to end; inlet of one cooling duct of each pair of ducts arranged in tandem is located directly on end it goes to and that of other duct is arranged in a spaced relation to end. Each device of set is inserted in respective slot of rotor body and each end has conducting arcs bent around longitudinal axis approximately over circumference arc; each conducting arc interconnects two winding bars related to different devices.
