FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying omegametry 3-4 days before operation to determine awakening level of a patient. Low awakening level being observed at the fifth-sixth h of neuroleptanesthesia, hypokinetic hypertension blood circulation type is to be predicted. The same awakening level under total intravenous anesthesia being observed, eukinetic normal tension blood circulation type is to be predicted. High awakening level being observed under general anesthesia, hypokinetic hypertension blood circulation type is to be predicted. Optimum awakening level being observed under general anesthesia, eukinetic normal tension blood circulation type is to be predicted. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in selecting anesthesia type; reduced risk of undesired side effects. 5 dwg, 1 tbl
