Clophelinum is administered under condition of stable values of omega-potential ± 1 mV or its initial values drop before plateau segment appears during 5 min or its gradual decrease during 8-10 min, in the evening and before applying anesthesia, in addition to benzodiazepin series preparation that is given per os in the evening and in the morning and 40-60 min before anesthesia. Initial values of the characteristic lowering within the limits of 10 mV and coming to form plateau during 5-8 min, Clophelinum is additionally administered in the evening and 40-60 min before anesthesia and Dalargin is also additionally administered both in the evening and 40-60 min before anesthesia. Chaotic shifts of the characteristic value within the limits of 30 mV being observed, neuroleptic and narcotic analgesic like morphine or Promedol are additionally administered 40-60 min before operation.
