FIELD: medicine, intensive therapy. SUBSTANCE: in 4-6 h after patient's entering into resuscitation and intensive therapy department before injecting anesthetic and sedative preparations one should detect patient's awaking level due to omegametry and at background values of omegapotential ranged -14 - -25 mV corresponding to optimal awaking level it is necessary to conduct base intensive therapy; above -14 mV, corresponding to low awaking level patient's therapeutic scheme is supplemented with preparations of inotropic support, lymph-stimulating action, antioxidants, antihistaminic preparations and infusion of solutions is restricted up to physiological need; at background values of omega-potential being below -25 mV, corresponding to high awaking level, base intensive therapy should be supplemented with preparations of neuroautonomic blockade, low-molecular heparins and infusion volume should be increased, as well. The present innovation favors prophylaxis for the risk of development of purulent- septic, inflammatory, hemodynamic complications, thrombogenic ones among them.
