FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming subcapsular kidney tunnel. Muscular flap is separated and its free end is sutured with catgut. The muscular flap is enclosed into conic envelope produced from soft inert sheet-type material possessing no pores. The muscular flap is introduced into the subcapsular kidney tunnel and the envelope is removed. The flap is attached to the fibrous capsule of the kidney. EFFECT: simplified method for pushing muscular flap through subcapsular tunnel. 1 dwg
