FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical urology. Kidney is brought into an anatomical position. T-shape is cut out of a sterile prolene mesh with dimensions of its horizontal and vertical strips sufficient for wrapping from the sides and from below the lower segment of the kidney and creating a supporting structure for the kidney, such as a hammock. Intersection of the horizontal and vertical strips of the T-shaped figure is fixed to the anterior surface of the greater psoas muscle behind the lower segment of the kidney. Lower part of the kidney is wrapped with horizontal and vertical strips of the T-shaped mesh from the sides and from below. Ends of the mesh strips are fixed between each other in front of the anterior surface of the kidney without involving its tissues. Lower part of kidney is inside hammock created from prolene mesh. Connected ends of the strips are fixed to the inner surface of the peritoneum with an absorbable suture material.

EFFECT: method eliminates damage to the fibrous capsule and renal parenchyma while maintaining reliability of nephropexy and maintaining physiological mobility of the kidney.
