FIELD: medicine, urology. SUBSTANCE: a kidney is mobilized. Muscular flap is isolated from lateral edge of lumbar muscle. Fibrous renal capsule is cross-sectionally dissected at anterior and posterior surfaces. A subcapsular tunnel is developed. A muscular flap is directed there. A catgut ligature is applied upon a distal end of a flap. A kidney is lifted. A flap is fixed to fibrous capsule by separate sutures. In superior position a kidney is ligated to the 12th rib by a catgut ligature. Moreover, a flap should not reach the 12th rib. By separate sutures a flap is fixed to fibrous capsule at the sites of its entrance and exit from the tunnel. EFFECT: improved physiological renal mobility. 1 dwg, 1 ex
