SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely pediatrics and operative urology. Incision of the skin, subcutaneous tissue, muscles of the lumbar region, opening of the paranephral space, pulling the kidney up. At the same time, three tunnels are created in the kidney capsule by dissecting the kidney capsule with a width of 1.5 cm and a length of 2 cm. The first tunnel is created in the transverse direction on the front surface of the lower pole of the double kidney. The second one is in the longitudinal direction at the level of the middle of the lower double kidney, the third one is in the longitudinal direction at the level of the middle of the upper double kidney. Next, a muscle flap is cut out from the lateral edge of the m. psoas, 2 cm wide and 10 cm long, which is carried into the first tunnel from the bottom up and fixed with a catgut to the kidney capsule. Then two more muscle flaps of the same size are cut out from the m. abdominis transversus, which are passed into the second and third tunnels in the transverse direction at the level of the middle of the upper and middle of the lower doubled kidney, which are fixed with catgut sutures to the capsule of the double kidney.

EFFECT: method reduces the injury rate of surgical intervention and the likelihood of postoperative complications.
