SUBSTANCE: plant has filtering and coalescencing devices installed after unit for mixing of heated oil with heated washing waters and made in the form of vessels provided with moisture-separating packs overlapping working section of apparatuses and comprised from material composition - porous-cellular metals and/or alloys, and/or porous-cellular polymer materials with fixed porous-cellular structure.
