FIELD: refrigerating and cryogenic engineering. SUBSTANCE: inlet flow of air is compressed, cleaned and cooled forming main and expanded flows; expanded flow is cleaned in adsorption unit; main flow and expanded flow of air are divided forming flow of indigo fluid, circulating flow of oxygen and flow of krypton-xenon concentrate; flows thus obtained are cleaned in respective adsorption cleaning units; adsorbers of all adsorption cleaning units are regenerated forming the regenerating flows; at least one of regenerating flows is divided into parts forming the processed flow of respective unit followed by extraction of krypton- xenon concentrate. EFFECT: increase of productivity by 16 to 24% by xenon and by 8 to 11% by krypton. 6 cl, 2 dwg
