FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cryogenic equipment. Proposed mix is produced from initial krypton concentrate 1 (IKC) fed from air separation unit to gas blower 2. IKC compressed in gas blower 2 is divided into two flows. Major part is directed into high-temperature recuperative heat exchanger 3, electric heater 4 and inlet of reactor 5. another portion of cold IKC is passed via bypass line 47 into reactor 5. Contact mass in said reactor 5 is formed by two layers of catalyst with different reaction start temperature and thermal stability. Heat carrier is fed into reactor tubular annulus. Flow of initial concentrate is directed from reactor 5 into absorption cleaning unit 7. Compressed oxygen is fed in the plant via line 21 and compressed air flow is charged at inlet of air heat exchanger-cooler 15 and, thereafter, air enriched with oxygen is condensed in evaporator of condenser 13. IKC purified in adsorption unit is fed for gasification in upward straight flow in two-stage evaporation due to condensation of air enriched with oxygen.
EFFECT: higher process efficiency.
