FIELD: radiation flaw detection, in particular, for investigation of vibration processes in non-transparent objects. SUBSTANCE: device has scanning system 6, which scans object, which is mounted on vibration board 5, by means of narrow- collimation X-ray beam. In addition device has X-ray detector 10, which output is connected to synchronous detector 11, which is tuned to vibration frequency or its harmonic frequency. Signals from detector 10 and synchronous detector 11 as well as coordinate data from scanning system drives 4, 8, 9 are stored to memory units 16 and 12 respective. Signals are processed by arithmetic unit 13, which provides arithmetic processing of projection data according to specific program, and enter input of video monitor 14 and are displayed on its screen. EFFECT: possibility to monitor and analysis of distribution of vibration parameters of arbitrary objects. 1 dwg
