FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves excising serous, muscular, submucous envelope in the shape of truncated cone to the mucosa along the intestine border opposite to mesenterium. Cone base diameter corresponds to the pancreatic duct diameter. Intestine lumen is opened. Anastomosis is built by suturing intestinal wall with muscular, submucous envelope and mucosa base being captured into the suture. EFFECT: reliable and tight suture without any coarse connective tissue cicatrix. 3 dwg
